Job Description
IT Test Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur IL. Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Managers on documenting and testing requirements. Coordinate with Partner’s onshore and offshore team members on their assigned tasks. Provide guidance and training to other Test analysts/testers in the team. Define test strategy, test plans, and schedules, as well as manage the testing execution. Calculate high level testing resource estimates based on project size, complexity and duration and analyze testability of project requirements. Resolve issues with testability of requirements, user stories, or other documentation. Provide creative solutions to testing challenges while still ensuring proper testing. Work with IT and/or Business Leads to find resources to successfully complete testing. Design and test communication plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
- Creating cross platform manual and automated test plans and test cases;
- QA processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating tests;
- Software quality assurance and testing;
- DevOps and Continuous testing;
- Software development methodologies/processes such as: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Shift-Left-approach;
- DB2, Sybase, or Azure Synapse;
- Mobility testing and cloud mobile solutions; and
- Working with Informatica, code based ETL, and Microsoft SQL Server Data Platform.
Must have experience or knowledge with/in:
- Testing of all phases on minimum four (4) BI projects with at least two (2) in the Test Lead capacity.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$141,840.00 - $151,840.00/year.
