You'll be an integral part of the dynamic Resource Industries Operations & Products Division, working on some of the most impressive machinery in the industry, including Large Wheel Loaders, Wheel Tractor Scrapers, and Off-Highway Trucks.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting the electrical installation of autonomous systems, pushing the boundaries of technology. You'll collaborate with talented global teams, providing technical guidance and sharing your expertise. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical system issues will be your playground, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From the initial concept to field follow and final implementation into production, you'll be involved in every step of the design process, making a tangible impact on the future of industrial machinery.

What you will do:
- Assist in design new components and systems for the electrical integration on Large Wheel Loaders, Wheel Tractor Scrapers, and Off-Highway Trucks
- Responsible for the design, cost, quality, validation, and schedule
- Communicate/collaborate with customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
- Research and develop new technology
- Assist in developing and documenting functional design requirements.
- Perform electrical load analysis and initiate discussions with system partners
- Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes.
- Assisting supply specialists and buyers with supplier development and supplier performance.
Top Candidates will also have:
- Experience designing harness/cables installation
- Experience in electrical schematic design (preferably Creo Schematic).
What skills you will have:
Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Experience with Creo, Vis View, and Teamcenter experience.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
