JOB TITLE: Splash Cove - LifeguardLOCATION: Splash CoveCLASSIFICATION: Part-Time, Non-ExemptWAGE: $17.00/hour POSITION FOCUSThe lifeguard is responsible for providing safety to all patrons and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the Aquatic Facility during all open hours, which include, early mornings, weekdays, evenings and weekend hours. Candidates must pass the Ellis & Associates Lifeguard pre-test to be eligible for an interview: Swim 100 yards using front crawl or breaststroke without resting; Feet first surface dive, retrieve a 10 pound brick from a depth of 13 feet; Tread water without using arms for 1 minute. SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPSAccountable to the Aquatics Supervisor.
