Job Title: Soccer Club Registrar. Department: DISC. Reports To: Soccer Director. FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, $16.50/hour. POSITION FOCUS Under general direction of the Soccer Director, provides administrative support to plan, organize, administer, and promote activities related to MidState travel programs, camps, and clinics. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Provide administrative support for MidState travel & recreational soccer; plan and promote club programs; maintain records; coordinate payroll; maintain timelines; create and maintain email/mailing lists; monitor registration; coordinate uniforms and distribution; process payment plans/waivers; process league/tournament paperwork; assist with tournaments; supervise Booster Club transactions; prepare participant information; arrange program space; work with team parents; assist with tryouts; recruit/coordinate volunteers; pursue sponsorships; update website and social media; oversee volunteers assisting with concessions.
