- Please order one sealed Official Transcript mailed to you directly or have the school send them electronically. If they are being sent electronically, please send to rmassey@roe39.k12.il.us AND challiburton@dps61.org
- Apply Online:
- Go to ISBE.net/ELIS
- Educator access link
- Sign up, create new account
- Go to ISBE.net/ELIS
- Apply online with DPS 61
- Go to: www.dps61.org
- Go to ROE (1690 Huston Dr, Decatur, IL 62526, 217-872-3721)
- Bring ONE sealed official transcript (unless sent electronically) your physical, TB test, and $60 to pay for the background check
- Nancy Hunter will then schedule your fingerprinting appointment
- Once ROE has received your fingerprinting results, a packet with all of your information (physical, TB, fingerprinting results, and license) will be mailed to you.
Substitute Teaching Registration Process **(It will cost $101.75 for the application fee and the license acceptance will be $61.75. This will need to be paid ONLINE when you are registering, debit or credit card ONLY).
