Basic Functions:
Provides clerical support for the stock transfer department regarding shareholder record keeping.
Essential Job Duties:
- Posts debits/credits to stockholder recordkeeping system
- Assures that stockholder system is in balance with DTC
- Prepares daily recap report
- Prints stock certificates & DRS advises
- Provides assistance to internal and external customers
- Cost Basis
- Administrative duties including handling phone calls, filing and other special mailings as needed.
- Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient with computer and internet
- Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
- 1 – 3 years stock transfer experience is a plus, but not required
Training and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-year associate's degree preferred
This is a full time, non-exempt position. The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, consumer credit check and background check is required.
