- Is active in his/her professional development through utilization of staff expertise and the department’s annual education program.
- Assists in overseeing inventory of assigned areas.
- Maintains equipment and environment in safe order and in compliance with Joint Commission infection control standards.
- Assists with COTA students in combination with Occupational Therapist.
- Participates in department’s educational and community service activities.
- Participates in program development or special projects under the auspices of the assigned Occupational Therapist or Program Coordinator.
- Assists with department projects, planning and problem solving through task force and/or community participation.
- Demonstrates support for and participates as requested in accomplishing MHS, departmental and team goals and objectives.
- Performs other related work as required or requested.
