<p><span>Millikin University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems and Computer Science, effective August 2024 with the potential for a January 2024 start. Qualifications are Ph.D./DSc in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area. ABDs will be considered. Individuals with additional certifications are a plus. Candidates must be fiercely dedicated to teaching, maintain active scholarship and engagement in their field, and contribute service to the university. The successful candidate will hold a joint position in the Tabor School of Business and the School of Mathematics and Computational Sciences.</span></p><p><span>Millikin University seeks an individual who is passionate about teaching undergraduate students the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills related to computer science and management information systems in a hands-on learning environment. Areas of teaching include Introduction to Computer Science, Introduction to Data Science, Programming Fundamentals, Application Development, Machine Learning, and Database Management Systems.</span></p><p><span>Qualified applicants should submit four items to the Millikin Interfolio Portal (www.millikin.edu/employment): </span></p><p><span>1.
