About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a critical driver of Primient’s frontline hiring strategy, focused on high-volume recruitment across manufacturing and operations roles. You will operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HRBPs, owning requisitions end-to-end while ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is motivated by filling roles quickly without compromising quality. You will also play a key role in building community-based talent pipelines by partnering with local organizations, schools, and workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Recruitment Execution

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume frontline roles (manufacturing, operations, hourly workforce).
  • Drive rapid candidate throughput: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
  • Maintain strong time-to-fill and requisition aging performance across assigned roles.

Sourcing, Pipeline & Community Outreach

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, local networks, and community partnerships.
  • Build and maintain ready-now talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with local community organizations, workforce development programs, trade schools, and colleges to build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Represent Primient at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen local employer brand presence.
  • Leverage local market insights to continuously refine sourcing and outreach strategies.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Lead intake meetings to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide market intelligence (pay trends, talent availability, competitor activity).
  • Drive weekly requisition reviews to ensure accountability and progress.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from application through offer.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Primient in all candidate interactions and community engagement.
  • Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process aligned with inclusion objectives.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data within Workday ATS and ensure compliance with recruiting processes.
  • Track and report on key metrics including:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Pipeline conversion rates
    • Diversity hiring metrics
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.

Onboarding & Handoff

  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to onboarding.
  • Support pre-boarding engagement to improve new hire retention and readiness.

About You

Core Competencies

  • High-volume recruiting expertise (hourly, manufacturing, or operations roles)
  • Experience or interest in community-based recruiting and outreach
  • Strong sense of urgency and execution discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

  • Full-cycle recruiting lifecycle
  • ATS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Local labor market dynamics and trends

Required and Preferred Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field (preferred)

Required and Preferred Work Experience

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • High-volume and/or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting or participating in community outreach, hiring events, or workforce partnerships is a plus

Total Rewards

The annual pay range estimated for this position is $67,732.00 - $84,665.00 and is bonus eligible.

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
