Job Description | To knowledgeably assist and continually support Richland Community College students with each of the various steps and processes experienced throughout the student life-cycle and beyond. To provide high quality, customer focused service to all students, staff, and guests. Other functions for this position are to perform general office duties, coordinate meetings, process requests for registration/student records/graduation applications, and to assist the Financial Aid Office and the Registrar. |
Required Qualifications | Associate’s Degree and a demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the community college mission and student population is required. Customer service skills, strong administrative/organizational skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle sensitive information in a confidential manner are required. |
Preferred Qualifications | 3-5 years’ experience Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook |

Must be able to receive, process, and provide visual and verbal information.
Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations.
Provide timely response to externally/internally imposed conditions and deadlines.
Respond to concurrent, multiple, non-related issues
