Job Description | The Director will provide leadership in, and will oversee, the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment strategy that will identify, attract, admit and enroll a diverse student body. The Director of Admission & Registration serves as the College Registrar and is responsible for the oversight of a comprehensive admissions office and implementation of recruitment activities for the College, including the planning and organizing and managing of admissions and registration activities on campus, as well as, off campus locations. Establishing and implementing an effective, efficient system for transition of high school students to the College through articulation. Manage and promote dual credit opportunities to students. Assist with international student services. |
Required Qualifications | This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three to five years related experience, including applicable administrative and supervisory experience.. Strong computer skills and strong interpersonal communication are required |
Preferred Qualifications | Master’s degree in student personnel, higher education administration, or closely related field; knowledge of student advisement and community college programming is preferred.Familiarity with Jenzabar CX and/or other similar systems (e.g. Banner, Datatel, etc.) is highly preferred. |
