Job Description | Director of Culture, Connection, & Student Life responsible for fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and service-oriented campus environment that enhances student engagement, leadership, and community involvement. This role oversees programs that promote student involvement, civic engagement, social responsibility, and Career Services ensuring that students feel a strong sense of belonging and purpose at the college. The Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create transformative co-curricular experiences that support student development, retention, and success. |
Required Qualifications | A bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience required. |
Preferred Qualifications | A master’s degree in student personnel, higher education administration, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in community college student services or campus life. Must demonstrate a strong commitment to the community college mission and student population |
