Job Description | POSITION SUMMARY Provide support for technology in college classrooms and offices. Assist other department members with the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and audio-visual equipment in college facilities. Assist with technology needs for college events and activities. |
Required Qualifications | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED and currently enrolled in Associate’s Degree program in Information Technology (or equivalent) and experience troubleshooting and supporting computer hardware and software in a professional environment. |

Physical Demands | PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to receive, process, and provide visual and verbal information. Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations. Provide timely response to externally/internally imposed conditions and deadlines. Respond to concurrent, multiple, non-related issues. Work is routinely performed in an office environment. Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling, using hands and fingers, and stooping. Work is occasionally performed in academic classrooms, laboratories, and data wiring closets. Subject to occasionally climbing steep stairs & ladders, and lifting of objects up to 50lbs. |
