Job Description | Coffee House Workers will be responsible for preparing drinks, setup, cleaning, cashiering, and customer service for the coffee house operations, including either the campus coffee cart or the TCCI coffee shop (located off campus). Essential Functions

Required Qualifications | High School diploma or equivalent required. Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire. Valid US Driver’s License |
Preferred Qualifications | Richland Culinary Arts Institute current student or graduate preferred. Prior Barista experience preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred. |
Physical Demands | Must be able to receive, process, and provide visual and verbal information. Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations. Provide timely response to externally/internally imposed conditions and deadlines. Respond to concurrent, multiple, non-related issues. Work is routinely performed in kitchen environment. Subject to standing for an extended period of time. Also subject to walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling, using hands and fingers, stooping and occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 30 lbs. over a distance of 200 feet. |
