| Job Description | The Student Success Coach II serves as the main point of contact for an assigned group of students to guide them to achieve academic success. The Success Coach II will counsel, motivate, advise, assist with course selection, and the enrollment process in order to help all students meet their educational goals. Coaches will deliver exceptional student services to assigned students by engaging, advising, and providing proactive comprehensive success coaching for student engagement, retention, persistence, and graduation. |
| Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s Degree required in education, social sciences, or related field and 3-5 years relevant experience preferred |
| Preferred Qualifications | Master’s Degree in student personnel, higher education administration, or closely related field preferred. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the community college mission and student population. |
