Job Description
To knowledgably assist and continually support Richland Community College students with each of the various steps and processes experienced throughout the student lifecycle and beyond. To provide high quality, customer focused service to all students, staff, and guests. Must be a current Richland Community College employee.
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience; intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook. 1-3 years of customer service and administrative/clerical experience is required. A demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the community college mission and student population is required.
Preferred Qualifications

Must be able to receive, process, and provide visual and verbal information.
Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations.
Provide timely response to externally/internally imposed conditions and deadlines.
Respond to concurrent, multiple, non-related issues.
