| MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school graduation or equivalent and three years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES · Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assist students, employees, and members of the public in a professional and customer-focused manner, including during high-pressure or sensitive situations. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document management. · Effective written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional correspondence and reports. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn and utilize specialized software systems. · Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, manage competing deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in accordance with College policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. · Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with employees, students, external stakeholders, and the public. · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with applicable privacy requirements. |
