| Job Description | The Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Clinical Faculty member is responsible for planning, delivering, supervising, and evaluating clinical and laboratory instruction to support student learning and achievement of program outcomes. This position participates in curriculum development, program assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards and nursing education best practices. The faculty member collaborates with students, faculty, clinical partners, and College personnel to promote student success and support the mission of the Nursing Program and the College. Additional responsibilities include participation in departmental, divisional, and College committees and activities as assigned. The standard teaching load is five courses per fall and spring semester. Summer teaching opportunities may be available based on program needs. |
