St. Teresa High School seeks a mission-driven and strategic Director of Advancement to lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and advancement initiatives in support of the school’s Catholic identity and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Principal and serving as a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Advancement works closely with the Principal, Board of Directors, and administrative leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy. This role serves as a visible ambassador for the school and fosters a culture of philanthropy grounded in stewardship, faith, and community. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Catholic or Non-profit Fundraising; Capital Campaign Experience; CRM Familiarity.
