What You'll Do:
βοΈ Facilitate family visits for WCYA Case Managers βοΈ Provide support and resources to families with basic needs βοΈ Assist in parenting education using current curriculums to strengthen family dynamics βοΈ Maintain clear communication with case managers and referral sources βοΈ Ensure that all direct service needs are met according to contracts and referrals βοΈ Document all services provided accurately and in a timely manner βοΈ Attend staffing meetings and community collaborations as needed βοΈ Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional development
What We're Looking For:
π Education: High school diploma or GED required π Experience: Understanding of trauma-informed care and a willingness to participate in training π Requirements: β’ Valid driver's license and current auto insurance β’ Ability to pass a background check β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β’ Comfortable working in stressful or crisis situations
