Now Hiring: Foster Care Case Manager at Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy 📍 Location: Decatur, IL 📄 Status: Full-Time, Exempt 👤 Reports To: Foster Care Supervisor

What You'll Do:
✔️ Assess the needs of children and families and develop individualized service plans ✔️ Conduct weekly home visits and maintain regular contact with foster families and other supports ✔️ Advocate for clients in court and through multi-disciplinary team meetings ✔️ Facilitate placements and provide post-placement supervision ✔️ Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies ✔️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case records ✔️ Participate in court hearings, administrative case reviews, and agency utilization review ✔️ Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred)
📌 Experience: Professional experience in foster care or child welfare preferred
🚗 Requirements:
- Successfully obtain necessary foster care case management licensing
- Valid Illinois driver's license and proof of required auto insurance
- Ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to provide home-based services and participate in on-call rotation
