What You'll Do:
✔️ Facilitate family visits for WCYA Case Managers ✔️ Provide support and resources to families with basic needs ✔️ Assist in parenting education using current curriculums to strengthen family dynamics ✔️ Maintain clear communication with case managers and referral sources ✔️ Ensure that all direct service needs are met according to contracts and referrals ✔️ Document all services provided accurately and in a timely manner ✔️ Attend staffing meetings and community collaborations as needed ✔️ Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional development
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Education: High school diploma or GED required 📌 Experience: Understanding of trauma-informed care and a willingness to participate in training 🚗 Requirements: • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance • Ability to pass a background check • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working in stressful or crisis situations
