Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy is a nonprofit child welfare and social service organization that serves at-risk youth, adults, and families facing complex or traumatic life circumstances. The agency offers foster care placement, adoption services, and intact family preservation programs that focus on keeping children safely connected to supportive caregivers. It provides outpatient mental health counseling, DCFS Medicaid counseling, and community-based youth crisis services to address trauma, behavioral health needs, and family conflict. The organization operates the Hilltop Youth Shelter for short-term crisis housing and coordinates youth housing assistance to reduce homelessness as young people leave state care. It also delivers parenting education and Partners in Parenting classes for divorcing or separated parents, as well as advocacy and housing support programs.
